hurd: Fix glob lstat compatibility

84f7ce84 ("posix: Add glob64 with 64-bit time_t support") replaced
GLOB_NO_LSTAT with defining GLOB_LSTAT and GLOB_LSTAT64, but the posix
and gnu versions of the change were missing in the commit.
